A téma rövid leírása, a kidolgozandó feladat részletezése:

A kutatás főbb lépései:
    1. A nemzetközi szakirodalom áttekintése az új betontervezési módszerek értékelése, összehasonlítása, betonok LCA-ja.
    2. Hazai újrahasznosított és közönséges adalékanyagok laboratóriumi vizsgálata.
    3. Néhány, jellemzően gyakori építőipari célra alkalmas újrahasznosított és közönséges beton készítése és laboratóriumi vizsgálata, összehasonlítása és értékelése.
    4. Több módszerrel LCA készítése a vizsgált betonok és alkotóanyagaik értékelésére.
    5. Az eredmények összehasonlítása a nemzetközi kutatási eredményekkel az LCA módszertan értékelése a betonok anyagjellemzőinek tükrében, új tudományos megállapítások.

In the present research, we would like to perform experiments with different recycled and normal aggregates, comparing the material properties of concretes using several different concrete mix design methods. During the evaluation, after the preparation and laboratory testing of concretes suitable for various construction purposes, the effects of the production of concretes on the environment would also be examined with the adopted toolkit of the LCA.

Nowadays, concrete design methods are also changing, and durability requirements are becoming more and more important in addition to strength requirements. In the research, we would like to work primarily with crushed concrete and crushed brick aggregates available in Hungary and to develop calculation and evaluation methods for them. Still, the results could be easily extended to other secondary raw materials or waste materials.

The main steps of the research:
1. Review of the international literature, evaluation and comparison of new concrete design methods, LCA of concretes.
2. Laboratory testing of Hungarian recycled and normal aggregates.
3. Preparation and laboratory testing, comparison and evaluation of some recycled and normal concrete suitable for common construction purposes.
4. Preparation of LCA by several methods for the evaluation of the tested concretes and their raw materials.
5. Comparison of the laboratory test results with the international references Evaluation of the LCA methodology in the light of the material properties of recycled aggregate concretes new scientific results.
