General

The Students' Union of the Faculty of Civil Engineering (ÉMK HK) is responsible for representing students’ interests, and providing support on numerous occasions throughout student life in academic matters and applications.

KEFIR

KEFIR (Unified Dormitory Admission and Information System) is one of the most frequently used university-wide systems at BME. Dormitory applications are submitted through KEFIR, and other dormitory-related information and news are also available on the platform.

All BME students receive access to the system. To log in, you need the directory identifier provided by the university and the password created by the student.

  • News: Current dormitory applications, news, and agreements can be found here.
  • FAQ: Frequently asked questions affecting many students are collected here along with their answers, organized by topic.
  • Current forms: Usually includes forms related to dormitory applications.
  • Recently submitted forms: Contains forms that have been recently submitted and finalized.
  • Waiting list: The dormitory waiting list for the current semester is available for everyone to view.
  • My profile: Contains personal data and dormitory-related emails. It is important to keep your contact information up to date, as important notifications are sent to the provided email address.
